Shipping Times

All NeedleCalm™ orders are sent via Express shipping through Australia Post.

Orders are sent within three business days of the order being received, and are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Where do We ship To?

NeedleCalm™ posts to destinations across Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

We post using Express Post with Australia Post. Express Post Shipping costs are $15 for posting within Australia, and AUD$35 for posting to New Zealand.

Postage is free or all orders over $200, for both Australia and New Zealand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We want to make things right if your package gets damaged or lost in transit. Just give us a shout at enquiries@needlecalm.com.au and we’ll sort it out.
