To compliment an already fantastic program provided by the clinical psychologists she has put together packages for patients which include :
1) Medication administration assistance
2) Needle exposure sessions (2 hrs)
3) Appointment attendance
4) Medical procedure preparation and/or debrief.
This has been a long time in the making and the success rates we have had during the trials have proved to be well worth the effort.
Sometimes patients are in dire straits when they decide to come for treatment and we are confident that this extra little bit of practical support can help them get back on track.
