As part of a 20 minute interview with local Northern Beaches radio host TonyB last week, Lauren shared her knowledge on needle phobia.
It is her dream that one day every healthcare provider that performs needle procedures will have a needle phobia protocol and staff will have appropriate training. At the moment this seems to be mission impossible, for now. However, as the number of patients suffering from this problem increases, so too does our little army of clinicians, parents, and fear fighters.
